Even if you're not religious, this film breaks down the differences between church laws and heavenly laws within "Christian mythology" and exposes it all to hilarity.
And it has Jay and Silent Bob, so everything is automatically awesome.
In retrospect Alan Rickman as Metatron is rather amusing considering his role in Harry Potter as Severus Snape.
