Meteor - Movie Review

Meteor is a 1979 film starring Sean Connery - a disaster thriller in which meteors strike Hong Kong, Russia, and the World Trade Centre in New York City. The plot involves blowing up a giant meteor using American and Russian nuclear missiles.

Sean Connery feels quite static and unemotional during the film, but the rest of the film is pretty good.

You may notice I am on a disaster film kick during the month of July.

Whoops. Oh well. I just like movies where things blow up.

Plus it is nice to sometimes watch a film where there is no real villain. Like Jaws for example - monster shark instead of a stereotypical villain.
